Over the Rainbow Learning Center has been a trusted partner in early childhood education since February 1996. For nearly three decades, we've been committed to providing exceptional care and education to children from 8 weeks through 8 years old.
Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, safe, and inspired to learn. We believe that early childhood is a critical time for development, and we're dedicated to making these years memorable, educational, and fun.
