Diapers & Wipes: Full day's supply
Extra Clothes: 2-3 complete changes (labeled)
Bottles/Formula: Pre-measured and labeled
Baby Food/Snacks: Age-appropriate, labeled
Blanket: For nap time
Pacifier: If used (labeled)
Comfort Item: Small stuffed animal or lovey
Diaper Cream: If needed (with instructions)
3-5 years
Extra Clothes: Complete change in labeled bag
Lunch & Snacks: NUT-FREE in labeled containers
Nap Items: Small blanket and pillow
Indoor Shoes: Non-slip, easy to put on
Weather Gear: Jacket, hat, mittens (seasonal)
Backpack: To carry belongings home
Sun Protection: Sunscreen and hat (warm months)
We are a PEANUT AND TREE NUT FREE CENTER. Please check all food labels carefully.
Please clearly label all items with your child's name to prevent mix-ups and lost items.
Water, milk, and 100% fruit juice are provided. No need to pack drinks!
